Me questions

Getting to know me

Picture
All of the other question compasses focus on asking questions about the outside world. The ME COMPASS is designed to get you to think deeply about yourself.
Personal reflective "ME" questions are essential for self-awareness, growth, and emotional intelligence. They help individuals explore their values, experiences, and thought patterns, leading to deeper understanding and personal development.
Here’s why they matter:

  • Boost Self-Awareness – Encourages introspection and helps identify strengths, weaknesses, and personal goals.
  • Enhance Emotional Regulation – Supports mindfulness and emotional resilience by recognizing triggers and responses.
  • Improve Decision-Making – Helps align actions with values and long-term aspirations.
  • Strengthen Relationships – Encourages empathy and better communication by understanding personal motivations.
By asking reflective questions, individuals can gain clarity, refine their thinking, and foster meaningful personal growth.
The following questions are designed for no other purpose than to get you to look within.  Why not write them in a journal so you can look back later to see if the answers still apply.
