Socratic Questions
Socratic questioning can be used to pursue thoughts and ideas in many directions and for many purposes. It can explore complex ideas, reveal truths, confront issues and problems, challenge assumptions, analyse concepts, and challenge what we understand as truth. The key to Socratic questioning is that it is systematic, disciplined, deep, and usually focuses on fundamental concepts, principles, theories, issues and/or problems.
